As a cancer survivor, I have experience in the field of working with cancer patients; as well as specialising in the field of grief, loss and bereavement counselling.
I have also dedicated significant time to training as a certified Mindfulness teacher; an incredible tool in dealing with life’s uncertainties, as well as making life style choices to support one’s journey
My approach is holistic, looking at the body, mind and spirit as a whole. I incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion and the use of solution focused therapy tools to create a safe space for any experience.
